Ethics

LightSpeed believes in a mutual ongoing and sustained relationships with our clients and we want to achieve this by adhering to the following code of ethics:

  • Maintain the highest standards of honesty and fair dealings toward our clients past and present, and their employees.
  • Treat all information relating to the affairs of our clients, obtained in the course of a product/service contract, as confidential.
  • Not knowingly place ourselves in a position in which our interests are, or may be, in conflict with those of any client.
  • Terminate any business or organization relationship, which requires us to act in a manner inconsistent with the principles laid down in our ethics statement.
  • Inform our clients of any business connections, affiliations or interests of which the client would have a reasonable expectation to be made aware.
  • In performing services for a client we shall not accept any fee, commission or other valuable consideration in connection with those services from anyone other than the client.
  • Prior to the commencement of services, we shall make our clients fully aware of the fee structures and all associated costs.
