LightSpeed’s team exists of a well-balanced and highly motivated group of employees. Web developer Warwick is permanently employed at Lightspeed, while the current International interns Stephan and Mart add a unique and beneficial angle to the team atmosphere.

Changed LightSpeed from being an IT-Support Company to a Social Media Marketing Agency. The focus is on building blogs, wikis and web solutions that facilitate and encourage online social interaction. On the rare occasion that Ashley isn’t online, he is probably trail running on a mountain or spending time with friends. | |

Stephan has traveled extensively and has built up his working experience through multiple internships: e.g. Service Plan and H&C, Heye (Healthcare marketing specialists) and the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. | |
Mart Vissers |

| Background in financials, purchasing, international law, logistics, quantitative methods, commercial economics, export, marketing research, sales and safety. Gained this knowledge through a pre University Diploma and striving to graduate with a Bachelor of Commercial Economics in 2008. He built up his working experiences at an industrial service company and a retailer for consumer electronics. Reason for coming to Cape Town properly is the cheap price of beer in combination with comfortable and cosy “braai” sessions. | |
