To make use of this plugin, be sure to have the Caldera Forms core plugin installed and configured on your WordPress Website.

Download

  1. To download the Caldera Forms – Zoho CRM Addon:

Download this Add-on directly from our website at – https://www.lsdev.biz/product/caldera-forms-zoho-crm-addon/

Install

  • Navigate to the back-end of your WordPress website
  • Hover over the “Plugins” item on your Dashboard
  • Select the “Add New” sub item
  • Select the “Upload Plugin” option and choose the “Zoho CRM Addon” .zip file you recently downloaded to your computer
  • Select “Install Now”
  • Once the plugin is installed, select “Activate Plugin”

Connecting to your Zoho account

  • Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard
  • Hover over the “Settings” menu item
  • Select the “CF Zoho” settings sub-item
  • You will land on a settings page with the following options:

Authorization Token

Here you will enter your authorization token which will link your website with your Zoho CRM account

  • Select the “Get a Token” button
  • A modal window will open connecting you to the Zoho website
  • If you are not logged in to Zoho, it will ask you to do so.
  • Once logged in, a token will be automatically generated for you
  • Copy the token key (see clip on what to select)
  • Paste the token key in the “Auth Token” on your website
  • The token is permanent until removed from the control panel on Zoho.

Here you will enter the email address which was validated with your purchase of the Caldera Zoho CRM Add-on

Here you will enter the valid API Key received after purchase of the Caldera Zoho CRM Add-on

Configuring your Caldera Forms

  • Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard
  • Select the “Caldera Forms” menu item
  • Select the form you wish to add a processor to from your previously configured forms
  • Select the “Processors” option form the form settings tab at the top of the edit page
  • Select the “Add Processor” option
  • There are three processors: Create Lead, Create Contact, and Create Task that can be added to a caldera form.

Each processor performs a specific function:

Create or Update a lead on form submission

  • Select the “Create Lead” option from the “Processors” menu
  • Here you will see a range of options, these options and settings are integrated with your Zoho CRM and will use these settings to collect and organise new leads

  • Select the “Create Contact” option from the processors menu
  • Here you will see a range of options, these options and settings are integrated with your Zoho CRM and will use these settings to collect and organize new contacts

  • Here you will see a range of options, these options and settings are integrated with your Zoho CRM and will use these settings to collect and organize new contacts

If a customer exists, the form will be ignored unless the “allow duplicates” option is checked. There is also an option to update where the email matches.
